Candi Stratton is a world famous Show queen and Cher Impersonator and currently holds the titles Miss Gay Universe (an International Showqueen Title) and is the 2nd National Titleholder for the Miss All American Goddess system. Candi has well over 40 titles from different pageant systems.
Candi got her early start in Chicago and Milwaukee, WI. Most notably, LaCage Chicago and LaCage Milwaukee (Where she was the very first, Miss LaCage). Candi also became the first Miss Wisconsin Continental and Miss Wisconsin USA (now USofA) Emeritus. Candi also performed in Chicago in various venues, most notably, the word famous Baton Show Lounge. Candi began traveling nationally around this time, it was then Hollywood and the media started realizing Candi for her talents and she appeared on "the Oprah Winfrey Show", "Entertainment Tonight", and " Eye on Chicago".
Before she even joined Ravyn Entertainment, Candi had a team of entertainers and people around her, including her best friend, Melissa "Mo" Benjamin (aka Ivana Avalon-Stratton and founder/owner of Queen of Heart Productions), who's responsible for a lot of the awesome pics you see on this page! Both continue to help represent her and assist her. Besides being part of Ravyn Entertainment, Candi has her own company, Candi Stratton Productions.
She has spawned many drag and entertainment"children" or taken existing entertainers under her wing, among them RE's Tempest Heat-Stratton. Whichever, Candi's impact onto our community has been huge! Because of this, and many reasons, Ravyn Entertainment has made her representation through us a special division, separate from the House of Ravyn and the Performance Troupe. Like the House of Ravyn Division, Candi has the right to perform with any of our divisions as well as creating her own shows under our name.

Lastly, Candi is one of the most down to earth queens that we have had the privilege of meeting and doing shows with. She gives it her all everytime and constantly recreates herself when needed (much like her idol, Cher). Tough as nails, soft at heart, Candi is a performer who will stand the test of time and keep coming back for more.
Candi became a regular feature at the Kit Kat Club in Chicago in 2008 and continued there along with a featured cast spot at the Gay 90's in Minnesota until August of 2009. Candi is now concentrating more on her travelling shows and appearances, as well as her tour dates as All American Goddess 2009. She can be seen frequently performing with Ravyn Entertainment and irepresented her title of All American Goddess all over the US starting in 2009 to 2010. In December of 2009, she had a week long stint in Germany with performer, Clarissa Clarke and returned to Germany for shows in 2010.
Candi has gone back to college for a degree in Psychology and also returns to flight attending in 2011. Look for special appearances by Candi at All American Goddess events and at a city near you!
She had achieved DIVA status on new shores when she moved to Melbourne, Australia (Voted Melbourne's Diva of the Year in 2003). She made many notable television appearances, including: FOXTEL (as Cher), performed at the Crown Palladium, and in early 2004 received an invitation to represent Australia in Hawaii's "Universal Showqueen" Pageant. The pageant is a world class competition with a very strict selection process and until 2004, Australia was never represented.
Candi has over 40 titles (both from the USA and abroad), most recently winning the Miss Gay Universe Pageant in 2006 (a title she still holds). She was a featured performer and hostess for BED Nightclub/Supperclub in Bangkok for a few years (moving from Melbourne to Thailand) before moving back to the United States in late 2006.
Before moving to Melbourne, Candi had retired from performing for several years, but the spark to perform came back after awhile. She soon launched the "Oz Cher Show Tour" that Candi and several of her close friends helped create. Hiring a choreographer, who showed them all how the real Cher and her dancers moved, Candi puts on a show like you wouldn't "believe". From Classic 60's Cher to Living Proof, Candi's Oz Cher Show is like going to an actual Cher Concert.
She went through sexual reassignment surgery in 1989 and has lived as Candi ever since. She is legally married to her partner of 20 years, Matthew.
Candi joined Lexi Ravyn Productions in late 2007, after some conversations with founder, Brian Ponce. Realizing certain things they all had in common, Candi was accepted into the Lexi Ravyn family with open arms. Candi stayed on after its restructure as Ravyn Entertainment.
